Summer Go Green Networking Event Wednesday 12th June 2024 4.30-7.30pm

Hello Everyone,

Our next Go Green event is on Wednesday 12^th June 2024 from 4.30-7.30pm. The focus for this event is SWAP COMMUNITIES as part of the Great Big Green Week which runs 8-16th June. We are really excited to be holding this event at our new XR lab, which will allow us to utilise an amazing presentation screen for speakers, as well as explore the possibilities of virtual reality headsets, a green screen room as well as space around the presentation lab for stands and the showcasing of projects/businesses to contribute to the event.

EVENT OPPORTUNITIES:

On that note- Alongside our amazing speakers, I am keen for us to utilise this event to also showcase and ‘Swap’ items, projects, information and really engage with the ethos of The Big Green Weeks Swap Communities. Our library team will be setting up a book swap stall, I will be organising a Shwopping Fashion stall, our Sustainability team will set up stands to showcase amazing student projects and our Sustainability pledge board etc…
